One of Iraq's most established date varieties, the Zahdi ripens under the Karbala sun with a firm bite, a quiet caramel note and a glossy amber skin. Naturally dried and graded in tiers, with no additives and no added sugar — an ideal raw product for importers, repackers and distributors.
